Is it proven scientifically?

It is not proven scientifically. However, at the renowned Biwako Seikei Sport College, research is continuing and corebalance has demonstrated a measurable improvement in balance in test subjects.

Is there a limit of usefulness?

There is no specified limit to time of use, but over a long period of time, there will be normal degradation of the materials used in the band and the clasp mechanism.

Would it be a problem if it gets wet ?

The silicon rubber is resistant to water. The magnet part of the attachment is corrosion resistant but avoid submersing it in water for a long period of time.

Is it possible to wear Core Balance over clothing?

It may prove less effective if you wear it over the clothing. We recommend wearing it directly on your skin.

Is it possible to wear it while showering or bathing?

It is possible. Be sure though to wash out any residual soap and shampoo with fresh water and dry it with a towel completely.

It is recommended that patches be applied to affected areas to reduce joint and muscle stress, and to reduce swelling of the feet.

How many patches should I apply?

There is no limitation of patch usage. Apply patches as long as you are achieving the desired result.

When should I change a patch?

We recommend changing the patch daily.
If the patch irritates your skin, falls off easily, or causes any adverse reactions, you should cease using the patch immediately.

Would it be alright if I use the patch with other forms of patches?

Yes. The effects do not change.

Can I take a bath with a patch?

You may. Though excessive rubbing of the patch while wet may cause it to fall off. For hygienic reasons, we recommend placing a clean patch on affected areas each 24 hours.
